Materials
Everlasting quality
Galvanically treated steel struts, robust shelves, environmentally friendly paints. We only use high-quality materials for tRACK. The high quality and timeless design make our shelving system particularly long lasting.
Sandwich bottoms
The eight-millimetre-thick metal sandwich shelves consist of three layers glued together. The outer skin of these shelves is a specially powder-coated, very stable sheet steel. A special acoustic honeycomb is installed between the layers.
Struts
The 25 x 25 mm square steel struts are coated with powder. The 15% Teflon content in the coating ensures low static charge and easy cleaning, which prevents dust from adhering.
Connectors
The connectors are the central functional and design elements. Made of die-cast zinc, the elements are firmly anchored in the struts.
Cabinet modules
The base material of the cabinet modules is MDF, these are finished with either 4-layer matt lacquer (10 design colors) or brushed thick veneer (natural oak, white oak, grey oak and bog oak). An 8 mm thin frame refines the design and absorbs the thickness of the shelves, and the carcasses are produced to the same high quality inside and outside, front and back, and can be inserted into any matching tRACK compartment.
Surface – shelf
The surfaces are either galvanically treated or powder coated. This powder coating contains five percent Teflon. This reduces the static charge of the shelf and makes the surfaces less sensitive to dust and small particles.
