What materials do you use?
Sandwich panels
The 8-mm-thick metal sandwich panel consists of three layers glued together. The outer skin of these panels consists of especially tough powdered sheet steel. The middle layer is a special acoustic honeycomb.
Tubes
These consist of 25 x 25-mm square steel tubes in an attractive galvanised or powder-coated finish.
Connectors
The connectors are the central design and functional elements. These elements are made from die cast zinc and are firmly anchored into the tubes.
Insertable carcass
The carcass consists of laminated MDF. The entire carcass is painted uniformly inside and out.
Surfaces – Shelves
We use a wide variety of galvanised finishes. We also use a powder coating as a second medium. It contains 5% Teflon, giving it a very high scratch resistance.
Surfaces – Carcass
A formaldehyde-free paint finish is built up in the standard three layers. This water-based finish is given a partly powdered structure which has a high scratch resistance.

Some cleaning agents contain acids (such as methyl chloride, acetone, or other alcohol-based cleaning agents). Do not use these types of cleaning products to clean / treat the surface. Which devices can I use the configurator with?
Planning works easiest on a desktop computer or a laptop. To achieve the best images, the minimum size of a display should be 9.7″. Apple end devices from 2014 onwards (e.g. iPad Air 2) or Android devices using Android 9 work well, for example.
Planning is not easily carried out on smartphones.
How do I plan a tRACK on my own?
It’s very easy, just use our configurator. The configurator is easy and intuitive to use. You should know the width and height of the possible assembly location in advance.
You are welcome to use templates as inspiration and as a basis in advance.
Please have a look at the YouTube video: Video #1: The Introduction
How high and how wide can a tRACK be?
tRACK is very stable and variable. You can easily plan up to 6 metres high and infinitely wide. It is good if you know what you intend your tRACK to hold: we can then also make very large cut-outs possible. It is easy to integrate 85-inch televisions.
Is it possible to change a tRACK unit afterwards or adapt it for other rooms?
Yes, this is possible, but may require our support, as the smallest component of the tRACK is the pressed connector in a strut.
Is there a manual?
We have put together 4 videos as a guide that you can watch here:
Is shipping offered worldwide?
tRACK is shipped disassembled and must be assembled at the destination. We can send your tRACK anywhere in the world.
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs within Germany are €180.00 per pallet. One pallet fits one tRACK 250cm wide, 230cm high and 36.7 cm deep (without cabinet modules). International shipping costs are calculated individually.
May I change the delivery address?
Since we usually deliver a tRACK on pallets and use special movers, it is possible to change the delivery address up to 2 days before delivery. After that, unfortunately, it is no longer possible, as we can no longer intervene in the route planning.
Is an installation service offered?
Our trade partners are at your disposal with furniture expertise – we also have a team of fitters you can book.
Can I cancel or change the order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as you have not received an order confirmation. Once you have received the confirmation, your order goes into production and cannot be changed afterwards.
Can I exchange the shelf if I don’t like it?
tRACK is based on a strong connection of connectors and struts. At 600 kg, the components are joined together and can then no longer be separated without damage. Each tRACK is unique and has been manufactured for you. Therefore an exchange or return is not possible.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay by PayPal, all credit cards, EC or Klarna.
